What my last post should've been

Man, looking at my last post, I definitely do not have good judgement when I'm tired LOL. I thought I should remove it, but decided that I'll just have to wear it. My lines are a lot cleaner lately and I want to get to doing clean line art and simple coloring and see where it goes.

Not exactly polish

Not exactly polish, but different styles are also something I wanted to try out. Trying to find a particular effect or likeless that can't be described specifically but can be felt visually. Sorry, I know that's a bit too esoteric, maybe you'll see what I mean by tomorrow.

Although I have been working on the polish thing, and my lines have gotten more deliberate, small steps it is.

The goal I have set out currently is clean line art, and polish in general. I have come to the conclusion that if I want to make things worth looking at then I will need a final presentation, and clean lines and shapes will probably get me there. I don't know how to go about learning that though so we're stuck with this image.

Need some goals

I've been waking up in the morning being slow on what to do to improve. Gonna set some time aside to figure out what I'm interested in at the moment and how to go about getting better. Wrap that up in a schedule and slave away, that's the plan.

 Yes, this is a sketch of a certain character from a certain show. True fans may be able to tell who this is if  I did my job right, and you definitely will by tomorrow when you see the colored version.

  Diagram 104 of perspective, took about an hour and a half, just some formal measuring for stairs and rotating them on a perfect square. The length from the Station Point (SP) to the center of the cone is 6" away on paper, that means that if you put the middle of your eyesight 6 inches away from the center of the middle dot, it will look exactly how it looks in reality, very cool.

Also, if we can say on average that each diagram takes an hour and a half to complete, then we sit at 156 hours of pure pencil to paper drawing perspective since the beginning, and I think it's been more than that.
