Krita is my new drawing program going forward and I'm not going to look back. The BRUSHES, the LAYER MASKING, the CUSTOMIZATION.

And don't even get me started... on the minimal RAM usage....

I thought about this one a lot while I was drawing it. I only had a little under 2 hours for this sketch but it felt like a day. I couldn't get the likeness of them down and it was really bothering me. I did quite a few iterations of the first few sketches but just settled with this. There's a drawing like this by the original author I think and it looked so good, nothing like mine. I had to use a ton of reference but I couldn't get the likeness down, I don't know why, it really bothers me.

 This sketch turned out really boring at first, it was just a head staring off into space, but a few more minutes of random shapes and it becomes less boring! Still boring though... but it was made on Arch!!!

It's the year of the Linux desktop!!!

I have finally made the jump to Linux and have had a lot of fun with it, waiting for my complementary neckbeard and obese BMI as we speak. Jokes aside, it's actually pretty clean. Apps start up so fast it's not even funny, and the UI experience is fairly solid - although, I think Windows still has KDE Plasma beaten out of the box.

But... you might be wondering, how did I draw Arch-chan if I'm on Arch (btw)? Well... I'll tell you how... 

I drew it on Windows. 

BUT I did switch drawing programs to a cross platform one the past few weeks recently and I've been meaning to share it with you. It's gonna take a whole post of it's own though, probably in an essay format or something, because there's a lot to talk about with it. I'll give you a hint: it's the bunny program.
