I've been falling asleep around 1am recently and waking up at 9:00, but even with a full 8 hours of sleep I'm still falling asleep on my bed for naps, and generally just being tired mid-day. Gonna go to bed even earlier and see if it fixes it for me. Maybe I'm the kind of person who needs 9 hours of sleep for a full day. Still studying.
